Following some previous studies for the realization of some residential and services towers to Kazakhstan, came the intention to develop a diverse set of proposals. The program set consisted of residential floors, services and commerce, as well as underground parking.
According to these premises emerged the concept for the development of this building, the “Jenga Game”, a cobblestone composition overlapped sequentially in two directions. The advances and retreats of them originate patios and balconies, as well as different types of living. The facade is characterized by lightweight materials and two main components, metallic panels which can be opened or closed depending on the needs and shade and was designed and developed a metallic lattice inspired by some of the components country flag for guard the outdoor patios. The tower is composed by 27 floors with a focused housing program (24 floors), commercial spaces on the ground floor and offices on the first two floors. The typologies range from T1 to T5 (duplex) in a total of 44 apartments. Due to the design and formal composition of the tower, some of these houses are composed by outdoor patios.
