Maria João Domingues born in Lisbon in 1976 was still a student when she began to work in architecture under the guidance of her university professors architect Reais Pinto and architect Bruno Cerqueira.
In 2000, she joined the team of Professor Antonio Ruiz Barbarin’s architecture studio in Madrid, also an associate professor of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid.
During the past 11 years, after graduation, she worked for Parque EXPO, first, on the rise and urban consolidation of the “Parque das Nações”, and, later, in 2004, within the International Projects Department (DPI), namely developing projects in Brazil.
Earlier, in the Business and Project Development Division, she develops work in development planning and spatial planning. She enjoys landscape design and all forms of art and traveling.
